Create Boot USB

For macOS High Sierra, first download it from Mac App Store

then Open Install macOS High Sierra to download real image.

sudo -s
mkdir /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/SharedSupport
cd /macOS\ Install\ Data
find . -mount | cpio -pvdm /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/SharedSupport
