parameters:

S1: Number of random prefix bytes added before the real handshake initiation message
S2: Number of random prefix bytes added before the handshake response message
Jc: Number of junk (dummy/random) packets sent before every handshake initiation
Jmin: Minimum payload size (bytes) of each junk packet
Jmax: Maximum payload size (bytes) of each junk packet (size is chosen randomly between Jmin–Jmax)
I1 ~ I5: In AmneziaWG 1.5+: signature/imitation packets sent before junk packets to mimic QUIC, HTTP/3, DNS-over-UDP, NTP, etc.
H1 ~ H4: Change message type for initiation(code 1), response(code 2), transport(code 3), cookie reply(code 4)
